Color

In my pivot table I have some negative figures which I want to show in red color. Pls someone tell me how to do it

chart properties,on expression tab, click the plus sign to expand the expression, and double click on text color,

put your condition like if(sum(value)<0, Red(), Black())

go to pivot table properties>> visual cues >>

left down,put values in, upper >= 0 , lower <=0

This is fine and working. How can make the text blink and bold  when the certain condition are met

if working then close the thread by marking correct answer..

and there after lower and upper limit, for text color, you can also make italic and bold..
