Community filter your own Discussions

Dear all,

can someone tell me how I can filter in the community on just my own actions?

Go to your profile page and click the Content link. Then on the left side you can choose between content you created or participated in or are following. Just to the right you can choose between All Content, Blog posts, Documents, Discussions etc.
