Condition for calculated boarder disappears

I would like that the boarder of a text object has a condition :

=if(GetFieldSelections(%LIBDOMPERF)='Patients', RGB(0,0,0), RGB(255,128,0))

When I put this condition using the report editor I can enter the condition and see the result but if I re-enter in the boarder condition, the condition has disappeared. Is this a bug or do I do something wrong?
