Conditional text formatting in pivot table

Hi all.  Is there a known issue with conditional text formatting in pivot tables?  I have tried multiple variations on a theme and cannot get any of them to work.  For example:

• To turn text blue in one condition, I am using  =If(DimensionNum = 10,Blue(),Black())
• To bold in one condition, I am using =If(DimensionNum = 10 ,'<B>')

Using version 11.2.  Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Have you used the above mentioned approach with an attribut-expression? Then in general it worked.
