Configurable LDAP, Open LDAP and Single Sign On

Hi All.

I am trying to set up the Configurable LDAP to connect to an Open LDAP (single sign on).

I set the properties in Management Console (QVS 11) and can see the list of users, for instance, to apply document CALs for those users.

The problem is that they are not able to log in Access Point with their network users, meaning that single sign on is not working as I expected.

I am using QVWS and NTFS authorization. Is there anything wrong with my setttings? Am I missing any step?

Thanks.

Hi,

The QVW which tries to load the data from LDAP loads only the partial data frequently. We are unable to find the root cause of the issue as the QVW doesn't fails but it loads only the partial data. Can someone please help us to identify the root cause of the issue. It has been happening from quite a long time but we didn't succeed in finding the root cause of the issue. Hope someone can help us for the same.
