i have a above table

where i want to map Severity and Resolution Class to STRINGVALUE and Actual Time Worked (Hours) to NUMBERVALUE .

i want to convert it into the single rows as below.

ISSUE_ID	Severity	Actual Time Worked (Hours)	Resolution Class
7553531	Blocker	12	Out of Scope

Why not "cc: Users" as Field?
