Thanks to this thread Accumulative Sums, I've been able to accurately replicate a staff turnover calculation, but I want to show that calculation for each of the last 12 months in a chart. When I add it to a chart I just get the rate for the selected period.
This is the basic calculation. It sums the LeaverFTE for the last 12 months, and divides it by the average FTE of the last 12 months.
sum( aggr( rangesum( above( sum({<FMonth=,Year_Fiscal=,Year=,LvrRoleFlag={"1"},LvrStatusFlag={"1"}>}LeaverFTE),0,12) ),MonthYear))/
sum( aggr( rangeavg( above( sum({<FMonth=,Year_Fiscal=,Year=,AsgStatusFlag={"1"},TurnRoleFlag={"1"}>}FTE),0,12) ),MonthYear))
Can I adjust this to perform the calculation for the selected month, plus the previous 11?
