Dash in Bar Chart's Secondary Axis Values

I was wondering if anyone can suggest to remove dash ( - ) from bar chart's secondary Y axis values. It looks like sth -ve. see attached.

What you are calling a dash is a tick mark. I don't believe that you can control the display of tick marks on the axis.
