This is a set of quality ratings at various locations performed by quality personnel on various dates. The only conforming item is the widget.
We need to analyze the discrepancy between these events. I figure the quality checks and discrepancy would be the measures but for each dimension I have two values. I've read wic's article when dealing with multiple dates but wonder if this will work for person and location as well?
Any suggestions would be appreciated. Hopefully, this has been explained well enough. Thanks
