My FK are in two tables CAl and organisation.

Can you please suggest what shall I do for making star schema for this.

concatenate the two tables into one

you have more than one fact tables do there are two way two reduce tables...

1. Concatenating the to fact tables

2. use link table

Use the link tables for linking two facts otherwise once stage before concate this facts or may be create the single table from both the two tables.
