Default selection on Open

I would like like to know if there is a way I can make default selection of my products based on the indicator.I would like to have the products selected with an indicator 'Y' on open.

Please let me know.

Hi All,

I waited for long time for your reply but didn't got any reply. Finally got it done by using the following function in the macro. Posted it here so that it will be useful for someone who were looking for the same like me.

Sub selectLatestDate
 ActiveDocument.GetField("Date").Select ActiveDocument.Evaluate("max(ALL Date)")
End Sub
