Dimension Issue on Access Point

Please see the attached screen shots. I have a DIM A as calculated dimension

If(isnull(DIM A),'Overview',DIM A)

It works perfectly fine on the App but on access point it blanks out.  Even on Web layout in the App its good

Need help on this

If(isnull(trim(DIM A)),'Overview',DIM A)
