Display object hidden by Show Conditional expression without meeting the condition?

Hi all,

I setup an object to show only when a selection has been made, but it appears that I messed up the condition and I can't get it to show no matter what I do. Now I can't get into the object to troubleshoot the problem.

Is there any way to access this object regardless of whether the condition has been made?

Thanks,

Scott

Hi,

Menu Setting>Expression Overview

There you can see all your chart expressions and edit them

Hi Scot,

Yes this is a document setting.

  1. Goto --> Document properties --> Tab Security
  2. Check "Show All Sheets and Objects"

Any object's properties can be accessed through the following menu

Settings-->Document Properties-->Sheets

In the first box, select the sheet in which you object is. This will list all the objects in that sheet in the lower window.

In the lower window, select the object that you want to work with and click on the 'Properties' button.

Just another way to access the same properties, but I right click on the sheet, select properties, and go to the objects tab. All of the objects for the sheet are there, hidden or not. Click on the object and then the properties button to edit it. I often edit objects from there, occasionally even when they aren't hidden.
