I installed QV November2018 desktop on two servers, test and production. When I try to open a qvw on the production server I get "The document xxxxx failed to load." If I log on to the test server I can open the same document just fine through a mapped drive with no problem, so the file isn't corrupted. I've uninstalled the desktop software on production, reinstalled and applied the license with no problem, but no luck. It still won't open. Suggestions?
