is there a mechanism to drill down a report exactly as below .

Attached a Sample QVW document

build a Drill down group , wanted the Main Dimension to get display along with the inner dimension value.

for example System 1 ->Diagnosis Type 1

                                    -> Diagnosis Type 2

when click on System 1 , its shows Diagnosis type 1 and Diagnosis Type 2 ..wanted the upper dimension values also to be displayed i.e. System
