Is it true that in order to use the dynamic update feature on access point, that the user must be a Qlikview administrator on the server?

do a dynamic update or see an update in the acces point?
not any user can do a dynamic update in the server, of course you have to have privilege of administrator
That just seems a little restrictive. Wouldn't an administrator be able to reload if he wanted to change the data? It seems a moot point to give us the ability to let users change the data if they have to be administrators.
