Solved: Error on opening the qvw - Qlik Community

Hello,

I am getting the following error on opening the qvw's in the working folder.

When trying to open the qvw on server, getting the following error.

We have recently upgraded our qv version. The files were opening fine even after the upgrade but recently getting the above mentioned errors on opening.

Please advise

You need to either apply License or Lease the license from the server.

It seems that you are exclusively using Personal Edition versions of QlikView. That means that you cannot share QVW documents between installed QlikView Desktops.

Actually, the PE version isn't meant to be used in a business environment. If you have a QlikView license, reapply it to regain access to your documents. If you do not, please consider contacting a Qlik Partner to discuss the best solution for you.
