Exporting Qlikview Charts to Sharepoint & License Details

     Dear Gurus,

Pls share the possibilities of exporting/integrating Qlikview QVW/Charts to Share point.??

When I go through some of the discussions, In order to do above task , discussions/white paers are directing to buy web parts license. However, again they mention there are 3 types of licenses in webparts. 1. iFrame for whole dashbaord, 2. Webparts for only non interactive charts(supports Sharepoing 2007 and above) 3.WorkBench for  non interactive charts (supports sharepoint 2007-2010)

when we ask the quotation for webparts license, our vendor asking, the software product name in Qlikview products list as we don't see any specific license called weparts license.

Can some one pls help to understand the possible options and what kind of licenses to buy if we wanted to integrate Qlikview charts to Sharepoint.

Few queries in addition to above:

1. What kind of solution available if I wanted to extract non interactive chart image to share point?(one option we are looking: using NPrinting we want to export charts and create a PPT/PDF in share path. So that share point team can use the same to display in their portal). Please share if we have any other options.

2. What if we want to embed Qlikview dashboard in share point / any web portal:

          >Is this Possible?

          > How licensing works. If a user logged in to Sharepoint /any web portal, he/she will be able to access the dashboard without additional login screen(like single signon)?

Thank you in advance.

Best Regards,

Chinna

Might be this one help you:

If you want to publish whole app in share point, no need of web part license. But to show whole app in sharepoint you need the URL of published Dashboard in server, then need to have Qlikview Enterprise server License.

Configurable Proxy

If the user identity in SharePoint is not in the exact same format as required by QlikView Server, the GetUserName

function can be modified. In a configuration using header authentication, this function can help ensure that the

user identity parsed to QVS is in the appropriate format.
