I have many countries with their own working days and working hours.
For example
Below is the requirement given and not available in the data.(I have only the created date/time and closed date/time in QlikView)
Country Mon-Fri Sat-Sun
UK 9.30-20.00 10.00-18.00
Netherlands 9.00-19.00 9.00-17.00
Switzerland 9.00-19.00 Closed
Each countries can receive SMS on any day and time.
If the SMS received in the working hours and closed that SMS issue in working hours, then i need to take the difference bw the time it opened and closed (resolved).
If the SMS received outside the working hours, then it should be considered as opened the next working day and if they are closed on the same working day or next working day, then i need to take the difference b/w the date and time.
Then i need to count the no. of SMSs received and solved within 24 working hours and show it in front end table.
Is it possible or feasible to do it in QlikView?
