Failed to Open document. You don't have access to this document

Hi community,

We have a problem on a distributed dashboard and we are sure to have 1 slot available in our licence LEF.

The problem is that we are not able to check the "Allow this document to de loaded by the Qlickview Server".

The error on the access point is: Failed to Open document. You don't have access to this document.

We already tried to stop the server services and delete:

- fdl.dat into the ProgramData\QlikTech\QlikViewServer

- all the .pgo Files into the ProgramData\QlikTech\Documents and the ProgramData\QlikTech\QlikViewServer

but didn't work, any other ideas?

Hi Paolo,

Never seen that option, maybe qv12, but I'll think that doesnt have anything With distribution to do.

When you distribute a qvw you need to add Licence Direct on the Distributed document unless the user doesent have Named CAL.

To delete .pgo files isent first thing to do, maybe last.

Hi Staffan,

fdl.dat into the ProgramData\QlikTech\QlikViewServer was the correct way to follow.

After restart the services of the server was necessary to wait some mins, and then we were able to check the "Allow this document to de loaded by the Qlickview Server" checkbox.

We are using qv11.2 SR13.
