Failed to open document

Hello everyone,

I state that I have already tried to solve this problem through the various threads about the same issue, but I have not succeeded in any way to solve it.

At the moment I am using a free license of qlikview, the personal edition version, which has never given me any kind of problem.

For the past 2 weeks, however, it is impossible for me to open any qlikview document I have created.

The error message is, as already mentioned in the thread title, "failed to open document".

Personally I was developing 4 projects with qlikview, is it possible that often changing project has blocked the license? Does it have a limit?

P.S. I'm not sure this is the right section so I apologize in advance in case of error.

Thanks.

This is linked with License. With personal edition there's a limit of 4 documents(qvw's) after that you cannot open any document. Because it's free. You can do two things -

1. Please lease a license from a server, if it's possible.

2. You have to purchase a license.

Did you open qvw's which are not made on your system?

Hi Ishtdeep,

Thank you for the answer. No, I didn't, I've worked on my own files. I don't know what happened with the software. On another qlik installation I tried to open the same document and the error is the same. I can't open this document. My company's intention was to buy a license, as this full-time job will take place, but after seeing this problem I don't think they are still very likely. Anyway, would a license solve my problem?

Yes, sure:

I don't know if a licence will fix my problem.

I had another qlik installation on another laptop, used to test functions, procedures, subroutines, etc... and on this device, in addition to these two attached screenshots, qlik display another error:
