Hello,
I have a chart with a fast change from a pivot table to a straight table. It works correctly when myself and other developers try to recreate the issue. However, we have one user who can see the fast change icon, but when she clicks it nothing happens. There is also an issue when she attempts to drag a pivot table row to a column where the application doesn't respond to the drag and drop.
She's able to duplicate this issue using IE or Chrome. There has to be something on her internet settings, computer settings, that is causing AJAX not to work correctly. Any idea as to what that setting is?
