Field allowing users to input comments and information viewable to others

Hello Community.

Hope you are safely creating apps form your homes. 

I wanted to find out if there is something within QlikView that allows users to add comments and then those comments visible to other users of the app on the Server.

I am familiar with using the Input Field functionality but that only allows the user to view their own notes and not others. In the below thread, Bill Britt talks about the Shared File being saved to the Server. How can that be done, for those that have tried it?

I am unable to use any plug ins or external objects/macro enabled objects as those are not permitted on our server due to security concerns.

Any advice or ideas provided will be appreciated.

You would need to allow the 'Allow Server Annotations' option in the QMC\System\Setup\QVS resource\Document tab settings:

Scroll down a bit on that page and you will see the setting, hopefully that gets you on the right track.
