Filter Issue

Hi all,

I have a list box, in that i have 12 Business ,

and i have created on text box to show selected value in that(GetfieldSelections())

What i want is if i select more than 6 it is showing All Excluding Value.

Can any one tell ,how to resolve this problem ?

Returns a string with the current selections in a field.

ValueSep is the separator to be put between field values. The default is ', '.

Maxvalues is the maximum number of field values to be individually listed. When a larger number of values is selected the format 'x of y values' will be used instead. The default is 6.

Examples

getfieldselections ( Year )

getfieldselections ( Year, '; ' )

getfieldselections ( Year, '; ' , 10 )

Syntax: =GetFieldSelections(Name_of_the_Fiels,Seperator,Maximum_Number_of_values_can_select)
