Filter two fields with condition 'OR' instead of 'AND'

Hi,

I have a pivot table and, outside it, I have two fields (1 and 2).

By default when I choose a value into field 1 and other value into field 2, the pivot table is filtered by both, using an 'AND' condition.

I would need the pivot table shows the values filtered by field 1 'OR' field 2.

Even better I would like to choose a value into other field (field 3) meaning the same filter as filtering by field 1 OR field 2.

Is there an easy way to get this? any suggestion?

Hi Imenendez,

When selecting a dimension i.e. Field1 Qlikview shows only relevant data in relation to Field1. With Set Analysis you could overide such selections.

Some questions:

• Field 3 does not exists yet ?
• Can you give an example what output / selections look like and should look like
