Fonts Change in Different Browsers

Hello,

I've noticed that when I view my dashboard (in a hosted environment) the fonts change depending on the browser that I'm using. Chrome loads the dashboard much faster than IE, but the font of some of the text components are inexplicably changing to what looks like Times New Roman instead of the font that I specified in Qlikview.

Has anyone else encountered this or know of a solution?

Many thanks,

Geoff

If a font is not supported by the browser it wil revert to a default.

From the MOBILE USER INTERFACE DESIGN BEST PRACTICES

Use Arial or other font faces that are supported in iPad browser

For example, “Tahoma” is not supported in iPad Safari browser, and appears as “Times New Roman”. Check whether the font face appears on an iPad the same as when it is on a desktop browser.

Many thanks, Paul. Makes perfect sense. I've identified the trouble font and will revert it to something that Chrome supports.

Appreciate it!
