Getting error in the search in access point

Getting error when i was searching for O-RING IN my keyword list box .

Changed the field to text .Even getting the same error

Error only in AJAX

It is possible that AJAX is tripping over the punctuation, since it's effectively constructing a Web object on the fly which would include your search term ("O-Ring").

One of my colleagues expressions was tripping over an ampersand in the wrong place a few days ago.

It could be a version compatibility. Verify your Qlikview Server Version and Compatibility or your browsers.

Try to open in another browser.

You´re using a 11.20SR4 with a bug related to search box.

Is it possible to upgrade it to 11.20.12123.0?
