Help - Expression

Hi All,

Im working on an xirr expression and some how number are showing blank when I have a value of 10 or 1 for  Type="EMV". I tried on excel and it works fine. However when I change the value to 20 for Type="EMV, XIRR does show with -99.767%

Attached sample QVW.

Any input greatly appreciated!!

Thanks,

Frank

I guess it is crossing -100% once the number goes below 15 and QlikView is unable to show any value.

Not exactly familiar with the XIRR function but upon some experiments it looks like you could be breaking the limit with the Amount for the first row (EMV) = 10. At 14.445 the XIRR = -99.805%.

Hope this helps.

Sunny and Tim,

Thanks for your responses.

What I try to accomplish here is when I use this xirr function in Excel I can compute an IRR % when "EMV" = 0, so I thought it might be the "0" cause not showing any value within Qlikview. I guess, there are unknown reasons why it's not showing on Qlikview.
