Help Text Pop Ups

Hi, when I create a help text for an object the ? is inserted and displayed correctly and when hovered over displays the Help Text "text" however if you click on the  ? icon a text box is launched that I seemingly have no controls over. Is there a way of avoiding the launch of the text box?

You can use a button and a text tble to show help text
