i need to write an expression for a bar chart which displays only rating  

with another condition Timeliness<>0.

i have written this expression,but this seems to be worse.

= if (Timeliness<>0 ,

if(Avg(Timelinessscore)>=0.6,4,

if(Avg(Timelinessscore)>=0.48,3,

if(Avg(Timelinessscore)>=0.36,2 , 1 )))

please help me out in rewriting this expression. thanks
