Help with calculation-dates

I n table TempPO, Iam calculating sum of a quantities as a metric (PO_13) for the orders which have deliver date b/w current+13days.

only this metric should have these dates.

I am getting multiple rows for this new metric calculation.

I don't understand the .qvw file you posted. Can you clean it up so it clearly shows what problem you're trying to solve?
