Hidden field list box for one selected value operation is getting cleared

Clear is clearing out hidden field listbox. it is working fine with all other hide fields. Where it could go wrong?

Do the 'working'  hidden list boxes have 'always one selected' value selected on the list box properties ? that would prevent clearing. 

Or are you using 'alternate states' ?

I think I am not clear to you, I used filters which are renamed with hide prefix and

later I used them as filters,I have a trigger of selection on this filter on opening of sheet, so when I do clear, they should not clear..but one of the filter is getting cleared, I am not sure where it is going wrong!!

Clear will clear any filtered values. HidePrefix only hide the selections for fields thet don't display in Current Selection box.

Try locking your field values

Ya, there are many options, I can just apply one value selected on this filter..as it is not working it has to be!

But I want to find out reason why it is not working !!!
