First you need to distribute your document to access point location then only you can open the qvw in Browsers.

With out QMC we can't distribute the dashboard in accesspoint(browser).

As you give the explanation I understand.But  is ther is anyother way to open file in Browser via Qlikview setting or give the referance to the file as browser path?
