How do I update a named user's password on management console>

Hi, how do I update a named user's password on the management console?  I see the user on the Users tab and their cal and other information, but clicking/right-clicking all around doesn't lead me to where to update their password.  Thanks!

How do you authenticate this user? This determines where you need to look, e.g. AD or custom directory.

(I just got access to MC today, only had documentation for CAL administration, and colleague walked in five minutes later needing a pw reset. We just clicked around in the console Users tab and found no options, so I posted here in case I was missing a basic menu in the MC somewhere. Your answer says my question’s not too dumb for me to go back and ask the boss’ boss. ☺)
