How do i create qmem with my own icon?

want to add my own qmem icon to this link qmem://<bundled>/BuiltIn/. How do i build this?

You don't. At least not without hacking around in the qlikview dlls. What you can do is load images into Qlikview with and INFO LOAD statement. Those images will not be loaded under <bundled>/Builtin/, but under the table name you specify in the script. See this blog post: Loading Images into QlikView
