Hi,

  • Create a ODBC connection to the SQL Server using the Microsoft SQL ODBC driver
  • Open a QlikView Document and go to the script
  • Use the button Connect to select the ODBC connection
  • Click the button Select to select the tables and fields for import

I just use a normal ODBC connection, and it works fine.

Ok, maybe I don't understand.. What is the exact problem then?

I think he wants to be able to load the entire database at one time. You'll have to manually select each table that you want to load which if you follow the directions from sander you'll see how to do that.

Thanks for your reply, Anthony. If that is the case bmw118i could solve the problem in the database by creating a view or total query and importing that in QlikView.. But that's just guessing.. Smile
