I wanted to assign Named CAL for particular user for that when i goes to QMC - System - Licenses - Qlikview server - Assigned CAL-Manage user and in search field when i search name of that user it's not showing ...please check in attached snapshot..

Is your user an AD user? If so, you have to integrate your AD with QMC
Here user names are Case Sensitive so you can search by * symbol.
If that time u find goog else u can ask the network team which are provide access to users in ur organisation
Search for All with the wild character (*) rather typing the individual name (there might be chances of incorrect spelling and case sensitivity).
If you didn't find even after searching for all users with *, follow the suggestion from @Tresesco to implement AD with Qlikview Management Console.

yes user is integrated in AD also
As per ur img there is already 5 users.Can u please remove one user from that list and try then
may be u can get at that time
Note:- before this process u can take that screen shot so that if ur process fails then u can go back same as previous
