We have recently upgraded from QV 11 to QV 12 server and desktop.
Since then QMC reload tasks are failing. but manual re-loads are working fine.
According to the log file... reload executed by : ServerName\username
When Upgrading to QV12 we used server username instead companydomin username and this is now causing problem.
How can I change that to CompanyDomain\username ?
because CompanyDomain\UserName have access to SQL not the Servername\UserName

Go to Computer Management -> Services
Double click on QlikView services and change the account.

Did you mean all of the following services?
Yes. Also, the user must be member of the "QlikView Administrators" group... as I remember.
