How to change to cell background color based on a value of a column in Pivot Table?

I want to change the background/foreground color of the row in a Pivot Table that matches the condition. (value of a certain column).

Is there a way i can do this without adding the expression for the the Background Color for every single dimension?

Also i found that if i add expression to the Background Color of a Dimension, it ignores my Expression based on which i am filtering the data.

Right click on the cell and select custom format cell. This might help. If this option is not visible then go to User Preferences >> Design tab >> Always show design menu options

Would you be able to share some sample data with your expected output in an Excel file?

Option is visible but I do not see any option to add an expression in there.

Works but ignores the "Expression" and thus shows all the data

Never mind. I was getting over ambitious after seeing Dimensionality function and was trying to do little more than i can handle right now.
