How to display current number of rows in a pivot table?

Hi,

As items are selected in listboxes, the number of rows change in my pivot table. What is the recommended way to display the current number of rows in the pivot table so the user doesn't have to manually count the rows as the pivot table changes?

How I do it is add 1 as an expression with full accumulation.

In my pivot table the options for accumlation are not available (greyed out).
