How to export the number(Show percentage) into excel

Hi All,

When I export the figures with percentage into Excel, it is shown as numberic format not percentage, how to handle it?

For example: if the figure is 10%, it is shown as 0.1 in Excel.

In which point in the application the data is converted to a percentage?

Is this done on the front-side in the graph using the formatting percentage?

Hi,

Add text function: TEXT(PercentageField)

text(precentagefield) makes a textfield of the precentage value ... it depends if it is a problem the excel field is a textfield instead of a numeric field 😉

Thanks, but when I use text function, that figures align to left not right in Excel,  even if it aligns to right in QV.

How to solve it?

Hi,

Suppose that your expression (%) like this: (COLUMN(1) - COLUMN(2))/COLUMN(2)

Goto Number tab ==> Select on expression ==> choose Interger with format #,##0.00 and check on "Show in Percent(%)".

Let me know if this help you.
