How to find out the Geographical coordinates from Timezone?

Is it possible to find out the exact place Name or Geographical coordinates from Timezone or UTC?

Please Help.

I think its not possible.But if someone can come up with some way to do it that would be awesome.

May be you can identify the location based on the timezone. If you have the TimeZone and location details in your database.

If you are looking to do it dynamically then we have look for answers.
