Hi,

you can export your data and save it as excel- or csv-file.

File --> Export --> Save as File

There are ODBC and ADO connections to Outlook. Try an internet search.

Do you want an extract from a user calendar or from the Exchange server?

Sorry, this is not something I am not familiar with at all.

Hi,

have a look at:

How to retrieve Exchange and Outlook data with the Jet 4.0 OLE DB provider in Access 2000
Then you can use Exchange as a data-source like any other database!

It is possible to create a vbs script to export data from your calendar into a Csv, then load it in qlikview. This vbs can be a function called inside the Reload script of Qlikview.

In this case, different ways are possible to access calendars ( webdav, OLEDB, MAPI...)
