How to handle data not exist in pivot table

Hello,

Does any one have idea how to handle data not exist in pivot table? Becuase of that it will not giving me the correct sum at the end of the column.

What exactly do you mean with data not existing in the pivot table? Can you give an example?

Hi Dipak,

You can check the option Show all value in chart properties->Dimensions.

and in presentation tab uncheck supress zero values.

Not sure whether you are looking for this.
