How to make Pivot Table structure fixed irrespective of data available?

Hi,

I have attached snapshot here.In that table even System Type= Client & Server Owner= Business are blank then it shoiuld show '0' instead shrinking the table. Means System Type & Server Owner Column should always be fixed  irrespective of available data.I will also share a sample of data I am also sharing snapshot when it shrinks and it needs to be avoided (ipin2.png)

the sample.xlsx that you have provided doesn't have IPINS_Date field in it. In addition what are the formulas you are using for each of your expressions?

Thanks for reply

IPINS date is Start Time only.....in expression only count is used with certain filters
