How to pass multiple values to a list box via URL 

I have tried  with Pipe and comma but it is not working

Second line is correct:

&select=LB01,value1,value2

I know this the way but it is not working

The only other thing would be prefacing the LB01 with Document\LB01 if that is a Document object, but if it is a User object created on the server, then you would need to use User\LB01 I believe.  Default should be Document, you did not mention version you are running either, check that you have the most current SR for the point release you are running, as you may be hitting a known issue potentially, only other thing that would explain it not working.
