How to restrict user Based on region,If user belongs india he should view only data related to india ?

You should use Section Access. There are good documents herein.

In your case you need the region in both sectionaccess and section application to

filter your data based on user.

Section access would be best for this if you are wanting the reduction done in a single application.

The other option you have, if you have publisher, is the creation of a reduced application based on the region field and specific access based on a user group and specific named users

Hi

There are two ways you can implement the security in your qlikview apps.

1. Script Level: You can use Section Access

2. or you can use the publisher to implement security
