How to search for a primary key using 2 other primary keys ?

As you see i have four tables, i would like  to replace the two foreigns keys  ( IdPlan_Audit, Code_Recommandation)  with Id_Recommandation.

With the two keys i am able to go and search for Id_recommandation but i dont know how to do it in Qlikview script.

I am working with load instruction (Excel filles)
