How to show all values for a dimension in a Pivot table

I have created a Pivot Table and I need all possible values for the dimension called "Tipologia".  Since I use master calendar because I need all dates values on cloumns, Qlikview create a fake value for "Tipologia" to associate the datas with no correspondency.

The result is that I have also the months with value 0 on the columns (and I want it) but I also have a blank value on "Tipologia" (and I don't want it).

Furthermore I would like all the possible values in the model for the dimension "Tipologia".

I attach the screens with dimension tab, presentation tab and the table with the results.

Does is the blank a real value for "Tipologia" field?

No, QlikView create it by itself because join it with the dates of the Master Calendar

are you sure is a blank or could be a null value?

In the data model I have only 3 types of data for "Tipologia", there is no blank value.

QlikView create it because associates the dates of Master Calendar with the dimension "Tipologia". So should be a Null value
