How to transform table into generic format

Hi,

I've attached the format the I currently have my data in( Crosstable). The second table show the format I'd like it to be in. (I think it's called Generic)

I know there is a 'Generic' function that can achieve this, but it doesn't seem to be working for me.

Any help/tips would be appreciated.

You actually need a combination of crosstable and generic for this example, because you're turning columns into rows and rows into columns.

Edit: Solution removed at request of saffatwist, I assume because it contained what may have been sensitive information.  If someone needs to know how to do this, I can come up with a different example without the sensitive information.
